FACAM STAIRWAY is building a strong digital presence across social media platforms to engage with customers, partners, and the broader community. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Network Manager to elevate our brand and drive engagement across all digital channels.

Overall Mission

The Social Network Manager is responsible for developing and executing FACAM STAIRWAY's social media strategy. This role involves creating compelling content, managing community engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Define content pillars, themes, and editorial calendars
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging visual and written content for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and brand advocates
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Build and nurture online communities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches and events
  • Manage paid social media advertising budgets
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Coordinate with marketing team on integrated campaigns

Profile & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong visual sense
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Portfolio of previous social media work required
