About FACAM STAIRWAY

FACAM STAIRWAY is expanding its network of strategic partnerships across Africa and internationally. We are seeking a talented Partnership Manager to identify, develop, and manage key partnerships that will drive our growth and market presence.

This role is critical to building long-term relationships with suppliers, distributors, technology partners, and institutional stakeholders.

Overall Mission

The Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that align with FACAM STAIRWAY's business objectives. This role involves building strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value creation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with business goals
  • Develop partnership strategies for suppliers, distributors, and technology providers
  • Conduct due diligence and assess partnership opportunities
  • Create compelling partnership proposals and value propositions

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms
  • Draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage contract renewals and amendments

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Act as primary point of contact for partner communications
  • Organize regular meetings and performance reviews
  • Address partner concerns and resolve conflicts

Performance Monitoring

  • Define KPIs and track partnership performance
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for partnership optimization
  • Measure ROI and value creation from partnerships

Profile & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related field
  • Strong understanding of B2B partnerships and supply chain dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Experience in African markets is highly valued
